Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1 business day. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, for any reason, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Defenda is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). All shipments to the EU are free of Duties & Taxes.

Damages

Defenda is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

RETURN POLICY

You may have a right of cancellation because you are buying goods from us by mail order. We will apply these terms if and only if you have a right of cancellation.

We must be informed in writing within 14 days of your receipt of the goods that you wish to cancel; In any event, you may not cancel orders for specially commissioned or personalised goods.

You must return the goods to us within 21 days of telling us you wish to cancel.
The goods and all packaging must be in their original condition. They must be securely wrapped and returned to us with the delivery slip and at your own risk and cost.

When we receive the goods we will credit your credit or debit card with the full purchase price of the returned goods no later than 30 days from the date of receipt.

You will remain liable for the cost if you do not return the goods to us.
We do not have an obligation to collect or recover goods from you. If we do collect or recover the goods, our costs will be payable by you.
